The general fuse consists of three parts: the first part is melting body, which is the core of the fuse; the fuse is to cut off the current when melting. For the melting body with the same kind, the same specifications , the material has to be the same, the geometry size has to be the same and the resistance value should be as small as possible and to be consistent, the most important is the fuse characteristics should be consistent; the second is the electrode part, there are usually two, it is an important connection component of the melting body and the circuit , it must have good conductivity, installed contact resistance should not happen significantly; the third is a bracket part, the fuse melting body generally is slender, the bracket function is to fix melting body and make the three parts a rigid whole for convenient installation and use, it must have good mechanical strength, resistance, heat resistance and flame retardant insulation, the phenomenon of fracture, deformation, combustion and short circuit etc. should not be produced in use.
